Learning Objectives of the workshop include: Participants will learn about the importance and use of story as method in evaluation. Participants will learn different ways to collect and share stories, including the incorporation of other methods into storytelling. Participants will learn about and reflect on the considerations and ethics involved in using storytelling in evaluation. Teaching and learning strategies will include: Small and large group discussions Sharing stories Use of visual and arts-based methods Hands-on group activities Paired, small and large groups reflection time The facilitators of this workshop are Larry Bremner and Linda E. Lee, both from Manitoba-based Proactive Information Services Inc. Larry and Linda are both Credentialed Evaluators from the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES), CES award winners and Fellows.
