FAQ: Membership

To become a member, complete this online membership form. We accept payment via MasterCard or Visa. Once your payment has been processed, your membership is activated.

Membership with CES begins the day your membership is activated and lasts for one year. For example, if you became a member on May 5, your membership will run from May 5 of that year to May 4 of the following year. You will receive an email close to your renewal date to remind you that it is time to renew.

Your membership does not automatically renew. You will receive an email close to your renewal date to remind you that it is time to renew. Then you can renew your membership online in the Members’ Area of the CES website by clicking on "My Profile" (member login required).

If you’ve forgotten your username or password for logging into your account, go back to the homepage and click the "Login" button at the top righthand side of the page. On the next page, click the "I forgot my username/password" link. You can then enter the email that is linked to the account and we will email you with the username associated with that email and a link to reset your password.

You can update your contact information online in the Members’ Area of the CES website by clicking on "My Profile"  (member login required).

You can renew your membership online in the Members’ Area of the CES website by clicking on "My Profile" (member login required). You will receive an email close to your renewal date to remind you that it is time to renew.

You will have the option to be sent an invoice for payment when you complete the Membership Application Form.

CES membership cannot be shared. It is valid for the account holder only.

CES membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

You are automatically enrolled in a Chapter when you join CES based on the province you live in. You can find this information under "My Profile" (member login required).
