The course will introduce you to importing data into R, basic data manipulations and clean-up, common graphing methods, and basic statistical analyses such as t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, and regression, as well as standard descriptive statistics.
The course will use the RStudio interface for R and will introduce you to using RMarkdown for enhancing analysis replicability and documentation.
The course will focus on the programming language and assumes you are already familiar with basic statistical methods.
Note: Attendees should bring their own laptops loaded with R and RStudio to class each day.
Recommended Audience:
This is best suited to program evaluators with at least some prior data analysis experience using software other than R, such as SPSS.
