Seeking 10 Pilot Testers for e-Institute Inferential Statistics Course

Join our team of pilot testers and gain exclusive access to our brand-new e-institute course, “Stats in Excel 2: Inferential Statistics,” the companion course to “Stats in Excel 1: Tidy Datasets and Descriptive Statistics.”

This course provides step-by-step instructions and best practices for performing common inferential statistical analyses using Microsoft Excel. You will learn some of the most common analyses used in evaluations including how to find associations between variables, testing for a linear relationship between variables, and comparing groups.

To be a pilot tester, you should:

  • Be familiar with setting up datasets for conducting statistical analysis;
  • Have working knowledge of inferential statistics; and
  • Be comfortable working with the advanced features of Excel, like setting up pivot tables.

As a pilot tester, you'll receive complimentary access to the course in exchange for providing constructive and insightful feedback.

Before volunteering, please ensure you:

  • Have time in your schedule to complete the course between August 21 and September 11 (10-20 hours, depending on your level of knowledge and learning style);
  • Are available on September 18 or 19 at 12pm-1pm ET for one-hour focus group. (You will be assigned to one of these groups.)

If you are interested in contributing to the launch of this course, please send an email to einstitute_mgr@evaluationcanada.ca. We will contact the first 10 qualified members with further instructions.
