During a presentation on September 19, 2025, Judith Gaudet and Ludovic Décoret defined a theory of change (ToC), its design involving stakeholders and its usefulness throughout the evaluation. To follow up on the interest generated by the content, Judith and Ludovic offer a hands-on workshop on creating a ToC. After a quick theoretical review, two sub-groups will be created. Each will work to initiate a ToC, based on a concrete case. The activity is open to all. It is not necessary to have attended the training on September 19, 2024 to benefit from the workshop offered. For the purposes of the workshop, we will need 2 volunteers to submit concrete cases of a program being evaluated.
You are invited to submit your proposal in a few lines, by email to ldecoret@hotmail.com. You may also attach your version of Theory of change used. Note that only 2 proposals will be selected.
Mode : Virtual (Zoom) Since it takes the form of an interactive workshop, this activity will not be recorded Instructors: Ludovic Décoret (M.A., EQ) and Judith Gaudet (Ph.D.)
