The 2023 Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation Awards recognize the best article, practice note and/or reviewer in the Journal over a 12-month period (April to April). To select the winners, the editorial staff recommends up to five articles for review based on the following criteria: potential impact, originality, literature review, accessibility and technical rigour. A subcommittee of the CJPE Editorial Board then selects the recipients of the award.
