Participate in the CESEF Silent Auction at CES Conference

Are you attending the CES 2023 Conference next week? Join us for the CESEF Silent Auction taking place at the Opening Reception! Even if you are not attending, you can still help out.

The Silent Auction is one of the many ways that Canadian Evaluation Society Educational Fund (CESEF) raises funds to support educational opportunities for evaluators.

There are two ways to support the Silent Auction:

1. Contribute donations to the Silent Auction: Traditionally, items donated for the silent auction include art, jewelry, craft items or books. Any new item that you think will garner bids is welcome!
   
   Please bring the item with you to the Conference in Quebec City and drop it off at the reception hall (Grande Place) of the Hilton Quebec from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm on June 18. If you are not attending the Conference, you can send it with a colleague who is. All items must be received by 5:30 pm on Sunday, June 18, to be included in the auction.

2. Bid on items at the Silent Auction: Join us on Sunday, June 18, to participate in the auction. It is a great opportunity to network, enjoy a beverage and have fun bidding against your colleagues on some valuable items!

Charitable receipts will be issued for income tax purposes for both in-kind and monetary donations.

If you are attending the CES Conference from June 18 to 21 in Quebec City, we hope to see you at the Silent Auction from 6 pm to 8:30 pm at the Opening Reception on Sunday evening!
