The CES Fellowship is the highest honour bestowed on a member. The Fellowship recognizes leadership and prominence in the field of evaluation, significant lifetime achievements, and exceptional service to the profession.
To nominate a colleague for the Fellowship, complete for submission by email to governanceprocess@evaluationcanada.ca this application form with the following information package (limited to total 25 pages, 12-point font):
At least one of the supporting letters or the nomination letter must come from a CES Fellow.
Submissions are due January 30, 2025, midnight PST. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
