Call for Nominations: New Brunswick Chapter President

The New Brunswick (NB) Chapter is calling for nominations for a new President among NB members.

The role of President is an exciting leadership opportunity to network, promote professional evaluation practice locally, and build connections with other Atlantic Chapters while engaging with National CES affairs. The President serves a two-year renewable term. In your role as the Chapter President, you can count on continuous support from the outgoing CES NB President and CES NB Board members.

The NB Chapter organizes social and learning events throughout the year, centering on professional development, and fostering connections in the field of evaluation. These events are designed to engage both members and the broader community in New Brunswick, which is situated on the traditional and unceded territory of the Wolastoqey, Mi’kmaq (L’nuk), and Peskotomukatiyik Peoples.

Time commitment includes:

  • monthly board meetings (currently held virtually every last Thursdays during lunch hour).

  • quarterly meetings with CES National President and other chapter presidents (virtual, 1.5 hours).

Nominations are due by midnight Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT) on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024. Please contact the NB Chapter Representative at ces_nb@evaluationcanada.ca to submit nominations and the NB President at cesnb_president@evaluationcanada.ca for any questions.
