The CES Fellowship is the highest honour bestowed on a member. The Fellowship recognizes leadership and prominence in the field of evaluation, significant lifetime achievements, and exceptional service to the profession.
To nominate a colleague for the Fellowship, complete for submission by email to nominations@evaluationcanada.ca this application form with the following information package:
Packages should be in the range of 20-30 pages, in a readable font.
Submissions are due January 30, 2026, midnight PST. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
