ICCI workshop: Proposal power – Strategies for success

Join the Independent Consulting Community of Practice (ICCI) for a free, two-part online workshop designed to give evaluation consultants practical strategies and insider tips for finding and winning work through proposals.

You’ll learn how to navigate requests for proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and more informal requests, with guidance from experienced evaluation consultants. Part 1 will cover how proposal writing connects to broader marketing efforts, where to find opportunities, how to decide which proposals are worth pursuing, and structuring your proposal content. Part 2 will guide you through the proposal process step by step, from planning and developing content (budgets, work plans, etc.) to submitting and following up effectively. Throughout, presenters will share tools, examples, and strategies to avoid common pitfalls that waste time and energy, including ways to use AI to support proposal development.

Part 1: Monday, October 20 | 12-1:30pm ET
Part 2: Tuesday, October 21 | 12-1:30pm ET
Registration (Prior to the workshop, registrants will be sent one Zoom link to join both Parts 1 and 2.)
