On 9 September 2025, an issue occurred with some of the CES automated processes, resulting in several emails being sent in error. All automated emails have been stopped until the problem is resolved.
It transpired that a modification to one database table had created ripple effects in the underlying queries for managing automatic emails. The necessary corrections will be made as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, we will suspend the automated processes involved.
