Scholarships for the Programme international de formation en évaluation du développement

The École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP) is offering scholarships to international students for the PIFED program.

Thanks to financial support from the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI), 20 full scholarships are available. These scholarships cover all training costs. Travel, accommodation and living expenses are not included and must be covered by participants.

Required profile

• You are a professional evaluation staff member, or you are interested in this emerging profession.
• You are an executive or manager in public administration, business, an international organisation, or a civil society organisation, and you are directly involved in evaluating your organisation's interventions.
• You hold a position of influence, whether formal or informal, that enables you to mobilise your colleagues and disseminate the lessons learned through the programme.

The application deadline is September 12, 2025.
