The CES Identity and Demographics Project
Dear CES members,
We are embarking on an important project to better support our evaluation community: The Identity and Demographics Project. Your contribution will be essential.
The purpose of this initiative is to deepen our understanding of CES members. By gathering this information, we aim to serve you better and strengthen inclusiveness within the Society, ensuring equitable access to all opportunities and resources.
As part of this effort, we are consulting with members of the National Board of Directors, committees, working groups, Fellows and chapters. A survey will also be launched in May to directly involve all CES members.
We encourage you to share your ideas on how identity and demographic data can be collected in a way that reflects and respects you.
In June, public online meetings will be held to review the results of the consultation and discuss plans for data collection.
If you have any questions, please contact the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Environmental Sustainability (EDI&ES) subcommittee at
edi_es@evaluationcanada.ca
.
Sincerely,
Matt Sanscartier, PhD, CE
President
