Courses are active once payment has been received in full. Once courses are active, you have three months to complete the course.

• If you would like to cancel your registration before completion of the first module of the course, a full refund minus a $20 administration fee applies. There are no refunds after the completion of one module in the course. 
• If you would like to extend your access to the course, the cost is $100 per additional month of access.
