I joined CES to connect with a community of professionals who share my commitment to advancing evaluation. With over 10 years’ experience across non-profit, academic, international, and government sectors, I value CES as a platform to exchange knowledge, strengthen practice, and contribute to the field’s growth.
My membership in CES has been highly valuable, both professionally and personally. It has connected me with a diverse network of evaluators from across Canada and internationally, creating opportunities to share ideas, approaches, and lessons learned. Through CES, I have stayed current with emerging evaluation theories, methods, and practices, which has directly strengthened the quality of my work across sectors. I find CES particularly useful as a space where knowledge exchange is encouraged, and innovation in evaluation is continuously advanced. Membership has also given me access to a professional community that values ethics, standards, and capacity building in evaluation. This has reinforced my own practice, helping me ensure that my work is rigorous, relevant, and impactful.
