About the Training: In this emerging evaluator course, participants will learn how to analyze data in evaluation, including capturing data in evidence matrices, analyzing by line of evidence, triangulation, and developing findings. This will include balancing conflicting evidence and strategies for communicating difficult findings. Participants will also learn to identify the types of reports and typical reporting structures. Course Competencies: Technical practice Collects, analyzes and interprets data using appropriate methods. Uses findings to answer evaluation questions and, where appropriate, to developrecommendations. Produces complete and balanced evaluation reporting to support decision-making and learning.
