The Institute is a capacity-building opportunity for program evaluation and the use of evidence for decision-making. The Institute will bring together community-based practitioners and university students to learn about program evaluation using an online platform. Institute participants will learn about Western and Indigenous approaches to evaluation through a combination of lectures, case studies, and group work. Participants will develop evaluation plans to be implemented by community agencies in the health and social service sectors. For participating agencies, the Institute will also offer the opportunity to receive support in implementing the evaluation plans after the Institute.
