Call for SEEK Award Adjudicators – Expression of Interest

The CESEF is seeking experienced evaluators to serve as adjudicators for the 2027 Student and Emerging Evaluators advancing Knowledge (SEEK) Award.

This is a valuable opportunity to support emerging evaluators while contributing to a fair and rigorous review process that recognizes excellence in student evaluation work.

About the role

Adjudicators will review student submissions in late January and February using a standardized evaluation framework and participate in a virtual adjudication meeting in late February or early March to determine award recipients.

Who should apply?

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are CES members in good standing
• Have at least 5 years of experience in program evaluation Bring diverse perspectives (academic and/or practitioner experience)
• Can contribute to a bilingual review process (English and/or French)

Timeline at a glance

• SEEK Award applications reviewed: late January – March
• Adjudication meeting: late March
• Final decisions: March/April
