The Réseau francophone de l’évaluation (RFE) has announced the launch of the inaugural edition of the Award for Francophone Theses on the Evaluation of Public Policies and Programs. This award aims to recognize academic excellence, foster the emergence of a new generation of evaluators, and strengthen ties between the RFE and the academic community.
Target audience: Students who have successfully defended a Master’s-level thesis (Master’s, CAS, DESS, or equivalent) — written in French — in 2025 or 2026 at a state-recognized higher education institution.
The call for applications officially opened on October 1, 2026. The deadline for submission is December 20, 2026. The jury will review and evaluate the submissions from January to March 2027. Results will be announced in April 2027.
