Judy Lifshitz
Judy has over 19 years working in the area of evaluation and performance measurement in the federal government and currently works as Deputy Director of Evaluation Services at Shared Services Canada. She is the Director of Professional Learning and Co chair of the Mentoring Initiative at the Canadian Evaluation Society. She serves as a member on the Credentialing Board since 2019 and has co created the Group Mentoring Initiative to support the CE designation. She is also co lead of the 2027 CES Conference Program Activity Committee.
Holly Zapreff
After a long career in various roles within the not-for-profit sector, Holly Zapreff discovered evaluation and quickly knew it was the right career path for her. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation at Carleton University and recently completed a Master of Public Policy, Administration, and Law at York University. Holly is now part of the Data, Research, and Evaluation team at Covenant House Toronto and also currently serves on the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) Board as the Student and Emerging Evaluator Representative. She is passionate about leveraging evaluation to shape policies and programs that foster empowerment for vulnerable communities.
