Registration Options and Fees

Registration open on March 7, 2026

Stay tuned for the opening of the registration period on March 7, 2026. Early bird rates will remain in effect until April 24, 2026.

Members

The member registration rates apply to CES members in good standing at the time of registration, including members with joint AEA, AES, ANZEA and EES memberships.

  • Member registration: $625 ($700 past April 24)
    • Half-day workshop: $140 ($175 past April 24)
    • Express workshop: $70 ($90 past April 24)
  • Full-time student member registration: $275
    • Half-day workshop: $75
    • Express workshop: $45
  • Virtual keynotes only: $50

     

Non-members

The non-member registration rates apply to all others, including members of the Société québécoise d'évaluation de programme and the Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter who are not members of the CES. Membership is not included in the registration fees for non-members but the price differential is the same as the membership fee (as an incentive to become a member).

  • Non-member registration: $825 ($900 past April 24)
    • Half-day workshop: $140
    • Express workshop: $70
  • Full-time student non-member registration: $375
    • Half-day workshop: $75
    • Express workshop: $45
  • Virtual keynotes only: $100

     

Registration Troubleshooting

  • To access member discounts on conference registration, you must log into the CES website. If you do not see the member registration discounts offered, please make sure your membership fees are up to date. Expired memberships will be unable to access member discounts on conference registration until they are renewed.
  • If you are not a member, please log into the CES website as a non-member. (Please create a non-member account if you have not already done so.)
  • Please follow the same process to register for the online broadcast of the three keynotes.

Refunds

Reimbursement of registration, less an administration fee of $100, is possible for requests received in writing to info@evaluationcanada.ca no later than the end of the day on May 24, 2026. 

After this date, no refunds will be provided, but we will accept substitution of delegates. The replacement person is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with this substitution as well as updating all contact information.
