The C2026 Organizing Committee is committed to the following key dates.

• November 15, 2025: Call for proposals open 
• December 14, 2025: Call for proposals closed 
• February 7, 2026: Confirmation sent to people who submitted a proposal 
• February 13, 2026: Publication of the preliminary program 
• March 7, 2026: Registration open, with early-bird fees in effect 
• April 24, 2026: Early-bird registration ends 
• April 24, 2026: Release of the app
• May 21, 2026: Registration closed 
• May 24-27, 2026: Doing Good (In) Evaluation: the Basics and Beyond National Conference
• June 24, 2026: All invoices due
