We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). As part of this commitment, our privacy policy governs our actions as they relate to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information. Our privacy policy is based upon Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
By completing and submitting your information in this form, you consent to CES using your personal information for the following purposes:
Following C2024 and an analysis of aggregate carbon emissions data, all Personal Information will be deleted from CES's servers.
Access to Personal Information will be limited to those involved in the reasons outlined above (i.e., CES Secretariat and C2024 evaluation committee). You may direct any questions or enquiries with respect to our privacy policy or our practices using our Contact Us form.
The CES will reimburse 50% of the cost of public transportation (bus or train) for any segment of their return trip to C2024, up to a maximum reimbursement of 200 Canadian dollars per delegate. This opportunity is available to delegates who have registered for C2024 and have self-funded public transportation for some portion of their travel to and from Fredericton. First come, first served: up to $4000 are available, based on the amount of carbon offset collected at last year’s conference. Please supply the following information and documents.
