Participation Guidelines

The CES Conference is committed to having a safe and welcoming space that respects and values diverse perspectives and experiences. All conference delegates are expected to uphold the following principles throughout the duration of the conference.

  • We aim to offer an environment free from discriminatory and/or harassing behaviour or conduct.
  • We expect that communication among delegates adheres to principles of inclusion, equity, respect and collegiality.
  • We value participation and expect that delegates will take actions that enable speakers to be heard and to contribute positively to discussions.

Should you have a concern during the conference, you can either let a conference volunteer know or email us at operations@evaluationcanada.ca. Our Participation Guidelines lead is monitoring this email address throughout the conference.
