The C2027 Organizing Committee is committed to the following key dates.

• November 9, 2026: Call for proposals open 
• December 7, 2026: Call for proposals closed 
• January 11, 2027: Confirmation sent to people who submitted a proposal 
• January 18, 2027: Publication of the preliminary program 
• February 1, 2027: Registration open, with early-bird fees in effect 
• April 2, 2027: Release of the app
• April 5, 2027: Early-bird registration ends 
• April 29, 2027: Registration closed 
• May 2-5, 2027: CES National Conference
• June 4, 2027: All invoices due
