Dear colleague,
The 2025 CES conference is knocking at your door. The proposal period will open on November 4 and close on December 2. Again this year, we hope to receive a large number of proposals to build an exciting program for the May 12 to 16 virtual conference.
We will need several people to read and rate the presentation, workshop, and thematic meetup proposals according to a pre-established rubric. We expect that this will require about 2 hours of work between December 11 and 31, 2024.
The CES is committed to undertaking a fair and equitable proposal selection process. In keeping with this objective, we ask you to complete the Bias in Peer Review training module, developed by the Government of Canada.
We also ask that you get acquainted with the conference theme and sub-themes, as presented on the conference website.
