The 2026 CES conference is knocking at your door. The proposal period opened on November 15 and will close on December 14. Again this year, we hope to receive a large number of proposals to build an exciting program for the May 24 to 27 Edmonton conference.
We will need several people to read and rate the presentation, poster, workshop, and thematic breakfast proposals according to a pre-established rubric. We expect that this will require about 2 hours of work between December 15 and January 10.
The CES is committed to undertaking a fair and equitable proposal selection process. In keeping with this objective, we ask you to complete the Bias in Peer Review training module, developed by the Government of Canada.
We also ask that you get acquainted with the conference theme and sub-themes, as presented on the conference website.
