CES was awarded the 2018 IOCE EvalPartners Peer To Peer Grants Program as a grantee to work with Pakistan Evaluation Association (PEA) and the Afghan Evaluation Society (AfES) on the Strengthening Evaluation Knowledge and Practice in Contexts of Fragility, Conflict and Violence (EvalFCV) project that formed the basis of the development of this resource. Hur Hassnain (PEA), and Dr. Keiko Kuji-Shikatani (CESF) co-managed the project with Muhammad Humayun (PEA), Faiza Ahmad (PEA), Samandar Mahmodi (AfES), Imad Ahmad Haroon (AfES), Selsela Mohammadi (AfES), Dr. Wanda Krause (CES), Dr. Wendy Rowe (CES C.E.), Jhonel Morvan (CES) and Megan Börner (CES) as the core volunteer members.
