EvalYouth is about to pilot a mentoring program targeting young and emerging evaluators (YEEs) across all countries and regions around the world. This new mentoring program will be based on face to face contacts, contrary to the CES Mentoring Initiative that uses the Web, video-conferencing, and e-mail as communication tools and offers its services in English and in French. EvalYouth project leaders are looking for YEEs who demonstrate commitment to the evaluation profession, and are looking to invest time and effort to the advancement of their career. EvalYouth is currently accepting applications until August 15, 2017.
Mentoring will be offered for six to twelve months. Mentees should be no older than 35 and have no more than five years of experience in evaluation. Mentees should have working knowledge of English.
