2017
The CES Board of Directors is pleased to share the final report on the 2016 General Survey of CES Membership, including infographic summary key findings. The survey confirms that CES is on the right track to prioritize professional development, member services and supports, and professionalization of evaluation. More efforts on promotion, outreach, partnerships and inclusions will help to keep CES, Chapters and member networks growing and thriving. As always, the relationships among Chapters with members across Canada are what keep the CES going as a community of practice.
The detailed survey findings are being analyzed by CES Chapters, national Board and Committees, as well as by the CES Secretariat and Executive Director to improve CES programs and design new ways to address member interests and concerns.
Sincere thanks to the diligent work and exacting standards of the CES Survey Working Group, guided by the national Chair of the Communications and Marketing Committee, Johann Jacob (SQEP Representative on national Board of Directors) and CES President, Harry Cummings. CES appreciates Probe Research Inc's thorough and responsive approach to this survey; thanks to Mary Lou Mendro, CE, Director Syndicated Studies at Probe.
