Self-evaluation and Professional Assessment of the University Teacher

The recent publication Développement des compétences de l’enseignant de niveau universitaire (Competency Development for Teachers at the University Level) contains a formative self-evaluation tool intended for teachers and another tool for professional assessment, this one summative, meant for authorities of university administrations in their decision making with respect to professors.

These tools were developed by Nancy Brassard, professor at l’École nationale d’administration publique, and they are available on the website that supports university pedagogy for the Université du Québec network. The document is free and available only in French.
