The Réseau francophone de l’évaluation, or Francophone Evaluation Network, will hold its second international forum in Marrakech, December 13-16, 2016. The International Francophone Evaluation Forum, will bring together some one hundred evaluation stakeholders among institutions, as well as members of national evaluation societies or networks.
The Forum will focus on the following themes: the respective roles of governments, parliaments, and public audit offices in conducting evaluation at the national level, the development of evaluation of local and territorial public activities, evaluation and the objectives of sustainable development, evaluation and human rights (gender, equity, the disabled, etc.), innovation and methodological perspectives, crossroads of francophone ideas, emerging evaluators, and the structure of francophone voluntary organizations for professional evaluation.
Created in February 2013 under the auspices of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, the Réseau francophone de l’évaluation brings together some 20 national evaluation societies or networks, including the Canadian Evaluation Society, and the Société québécoise d’évaluation de programme (Quebec Society of Program Evaluation).
