2021
The Francophone Evaluation Network (Réseau francophone de l'évaluation, RFE) has opened the proposals period for its virtual conference 2021 to be held on December 7, 9, 14, and 16 from 1PM to 5PM GMT. Proposals must be received no later than July 30.
Every two years, the RFE organizes an International Francophone Evaluation Forum (Forum international francophone de l’évaluation, FIFE), which brings together political and institutional decision-makers from the North and the South and representatives of national evaluation associations as well as evaluation practitioners, sponsors, users and researchers from all over the French-speaking world. Held in virtually in 2021, this FIFE adapts to the evolving health situation and reflects the ecological commitments of the RFE.
The theme of this event will be "L'évaluation face aux nécessaires transformations". Despite five millennia punctuated by periods of stability and numerous transformations, it is undeniable that the rate of change has accelerated throughout history and that we are therefore facing extremely rapid alterations in our environment. To ensure the survival of the natural and human ecosystems that make up a world in balance, multiple transformations will be necessary; these transformations will be environmental, humanitarian, health-related, economic, political, social, and others. The four days of this event will be organized around four sub-themes: building bridges; evaluation and populations at risk; dialogue between demand and supply of evaluation; national assessment systems.
