The passing of Sulley Gariba

Sulley Gariba has recently succumbed to the coronavirus. A PhD graduate from Carleton University, Sulley was an exemplary leader of evaluation in Africa and globally. He was a driving force in Ghana as well as Ghana's High Commissioner to Canada and at the Mastercard Foundation. He spread wisdom, value and humility.
