The C2021 Organizing Committee is extremely proud to release the 2021 CES Conference Guide. The Guide was produced separately in English and in French for lighter versions that include much more information than in past years.
The Guide is a key resource to understand the structure of the conference and to get in-depth information on available professional development, networking, social and well-being opportunities. The Program at a Glance (p. 6) will help you understand the organization of time for a conference that starts on April 30 and ends on May 14. The Attendee Quick Guide (p. 10) is a speedy introduction to the online conference platform interface. Active Reconciliation actions taken by C2021 are outlined on page 22; they constitute an important advancement of CES’ Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action. Attendees will want to brush up on the conference theme and subthemes on pp. 27 and 28. And what about a little reminder of the history of this conference through the evolution of its logo (p. 29)?
As the Guide is only distributed in electronic format, we included the abstracts of all the sessions, be they workshops, plenaries, papers, panels, posters, or any other format. This makes the Guide a reference for the long term since you can search for names or keywords and build an understanding of who is doing what in an area of interest to you.
This Guide is an opportunity for us to celebrate the tremendous efforts by our group of volunteers as well as the profound contribution of sponsors and exhibitors to the conference, in particular our Diamond sponsors: R.A. Malatest and Reciprocal Consulting.
