Be the first to submit or resubmit your proposal for a presentation or workshop at the May 2021 CES Virtual Conference. The conference online submission system is now available on the C2021 website, along with detailed instructions on how to prepare and submit your proposals. Remember, you have until November 8th. Start preparing now, as there will be no extension.
If you are the first author of a presentation accepted for the ill-fated 2020 conference, you should have received a personalized message directing you to your pre-filled proposal for resubmission. If that is not the case, check your spam box or contact [email protected].
You may choose among a wide range of presentation types: short, Ignite, leading edge panel, debate, expert tutorial, storytelling, and poster presentation. Also consider offering a workshop. All topics are welcome as long as they are related to the conference theme: “Evaluation Utilization: Achieving our Potential?”. Give particular consideration to the newly added sub-themes: Impact of the pandemic on utilization; and Marginalization and utilization.
The 2021 submission forms include a request for information to support analysis and action in the areas of equity, diversity and inclusion, including cultural appropriation. Because you may need to collect information from co-presenters, make sure to access the submission forms soon and to complete the process early.
