The CJPE Best Article Award goes to :Lisa Birch and Steve Jacob (Université Laval) for their article titled: "Deliverology" and Evaluation: A Tale of Two Worlds”. This comparative analysis of deliverology and evaluation provides a thoughtful treatise on the important nuances between these two results-based activities, and helps evaluators to position their work against the backdrop of a growing interest in rapid evidence to demonstrate progress in delivering on commitments.

The CJPE Best Practice Note Award goes to :Christopher Cook, Carolyn Camman, Andrew Leyland, Suzie O’Shea and Angela Towie (UBC Learning Exchange), for their paper titled: “Dramatizing Learning, Performing Ourselves: Stories of Theatre-Based Evaluation in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside”. This practice notes describes innovative methods for evaluation communication through theatre. It provides practical information and a rich description of theatre-based evaluation and discusses lessons learned in the implementation of this approach.
