.C.E. Academy is a learning process for organizations or programs to addre
ss equity through respecting\, protecting\, and fulfilling a sense of dign
ity\, especially for people of color. It is a workshop designed to give pa
rticipants the skills to navigate choppy waters. The curriculum is radical
because of the intentional focus on addressing the root components of hum
an engagement: personal and collective dignity. The goal of this process i
 s to understand\, interpret\, and analyze how a person&rsquo\;s dignity ma
y be affirmed or denied through the work of an organization or program.</p
 >\n\n<p>R.A.C.E. Academy addresses the internal and external experiences o
f an organization&rsquo\;s staff and clients. This framework:</p>\n\n<p>a)
centers dignity as a mutually reflected sense of worthiness between indiv
iduals\, groups\, and their communities that deserves recognition and acco
untability\;<br />\nb) interrogates and challenges interlocking systems of
oppression from global and local viewpoints\; and<br />\nc) holds both th
e individual and the collective responsible for creating and sustaining eq
uitable communities at all levels of engagement.</p>\n\n<p>R.A.C.E. Academ
y is a process that addresses multiple levels of organizational and progra
m impact simultaneously through a cohesive framework for critical thinking
and engagement. Through participation in R.A.C.E. Academy\, members will
have a chance to explore biases\, privileges\, and cultural humility throu
 gh dignity.</p>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/re
