You are a proven versatile leader with a passion for workplace wellness! You may come from the Resource sector, Health and Nutrition, Profit or Non for Profit.  If you have the drive and the skill set we want to meet you!  You are a skilled Creative Director, you know the key ingredients and you thrive in concocting the perfect mix of Health, Safety and Wellness programs.

Provides leadership and guidance support to the development, analysis, communication and implementation of the FNHA’s strategic, operational, community and regional planning work, including performance measurement. Reviews the impact of plans and the updating of FNHA's plans to support achievement of the FNHA and its governance partners' strategic plans.  Includes the development of reports, presentations, and plans.  

Education & Experience

  • Relevant university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Significant recent, relevant and progressive experience in planning, or health management (usually acquired over a period of 6-8 years)
  • Significant recent, relevant and progressive experience in management (usually acquired over a period of 6-8 years)
  • Experience in working with First Nations
